Kochi IPL Team signed 5 new uncapped players

The Kochi IPL Team has signed the contracts of five new uncapped players. The domestic players are Kerala’s Ranji captain Raiphi Vincent Gomez, Maharastra’s wicket keeper batsman Sushant Marathe,Karnataka’s batsman Deepak Chougule, U.P’s Tanmay Srivastava and Kedar Jadhav. Kedar Jadhav played in the IPL with the Delhi Daredevils and the Royal Challengers Bangalore.
Srivastava has been contracted by Kings XI Punjab for the IPL 2008.
The team also plans Rajasthan‘s current captain Hrishikesh Kanitkar as the Assistant Coach to Geoff Lawson.
